Are you an agency?
No, we are not an agency. When you join us you sign a conduct agreement instead of a contract and we dont take a cut of your earnings. The trade off is that, in theory, the level of support we can offer is less than that of an agency.
Do your artists get paid?
We do not ask people to produce free art for us. Artists and creatives can choose to donate but we always offer payment. For giveaways creatives may have made other arangements other than finincial payment for their support, but that is at their discretion. We beleive everyone involved in the group deserves to earn money for their efforts. This does mean we do sometimes have to pass on opportunities that are outside of our budget.
